We are currently looking for:
FULL TIME

£34000 – £36000

plus bonuses 

We are looking for a full time captain to operate our ferry at Gravesend. The position comprises of a fixed 2 day on 2 day off rota pattern covering.

Paid Breaks, Holiday and pension plan. 

Applicants must hold a BML Tier 1 Level 2 Boatmaster licence with passenger endorsement.

A successful applicant will also be required to undertake excursions on our Estuary services and will have the opportunity to undertake a PEC or LKE for the river Medway.

Fixed term 6 month - minimum 20 hours guarenteed Salary based upon - £9.50-£12 per hour
Start date : Immediate We have an exciting new opening for an individual to join our team aboard our team both on the Medway and Thames. We are looking for a crew members to assist with operations of our fleet of vessels. the applicant must be customer focued and be able bodied to carry out individual to act asist our team with the operation of our vessels, ferry services and maintainence of the fleet. Full duties include but not limited to:
  • Assist in maintaining the vessels documents as prescribed in this Manual and in accordance with the comopany safety management.
  • Operate Bar and/or ticket sales.
  • Assist inspections of his vessel by MCA/MECAL or other authorised person.
  • To ensure passenger welfare by monitoring and maintaining:
    • passenger access and egress
    • Passenger cabin spaces.
    • Cleanliness
    • Vessel Security
    • Revenue protection
  • Assist in briefing new crew and assisting in safety matters.
  • Ensure any health and safety priorities and that best practice is followed in the execution of their duties.
  • Ensure they are familiar with and are trained in emergency procedures and the results are recorded.
  • All revenue is accounted for and deposited as per daily instructions.
  • If, a key holder, to ensure vessels and piers are locked accordingly.

Part Time Fixed Term 6 Months with possibility to extend beyond
