Jetstream Tours is proud to annouce the largest passenger vessel to cruise the Thames Estuary. Our latest vessel is ideal for all weathers and is capable of carrying up to 200 people on our renowned excursions.
CRUISER is the largest passenger boat to ply the Thames Estuary. She is capable of carrying up to 200 persons and can cruise anywhere along the River Thames, Medway and Swale.
From Tower Bridge to Whitstable, Clacton or Rochester Bridge to Sheerness, this small ship takes you on extended voyages in comfort and safety. Cruiser is licenced by the Maritime and Coastguard agency as a Class IV and VI passenger vessel and due to her size makes her a very capable little ship for taking on the onerous waters of the Thames and Coastal waters.
She has an enclosed lower deck for those rainy days and a completely open spacious top deck for when it is warm and sunny. Cruiser’s versitile capabilities makes her the ideal viewing platform to gaze upon the coastlines and even getting up close to the Thames forts.
Her spacious upper decks provides a unrivelled viewing position for sightseeing and even when it gets a bit choppy out there, passengers remain safe and dry.
During your cruise you can retire to the bar lounge to enjoy the views though the large panoramic windows. Onboard facilities include a fully stocked bar, separate Ladies and Gents toilets and seating both inside and outside.
Due to various boarding requirements at various piers, loading is generally via a gangway which does not permit access in a wheelchair. Although if you are able to step aboard you may use a wheelchair on the main passenger deck. Toilets are accessed via a flight of stairs down to the lower deck of the vessel.
Cruiser may collect passengers from Chatham, Queenborough, Southend and Gravesend Town piers. She is able to cruise the Thames from London Bridge to a line drawn across the Thames from Whitstable to Clacton Pier all year round and this is extended to Margate in the summer months.
